Welcome, beloved visitor. I am Joo Joo Jan, the voice of The Magic Land. Let me introduce not just a man, but a mission. Armen Alakheryan is the founder, the dreamer, and the protector of a world built on love, courage, and kindness.

Born in Yerevan, Armenia (1966), Armen’s journey turned divine when a moment of unexplainable magic saved his daughter’s life. Since that day, he vowed to build a world powered by truth, compassion, and shared abundance.

This world became The Magic Land — Thailand, and his gift to it is AWAU Inc. (Alakheryan Wealthy Affiliate University Inc.), where technology, love, and opportunity are woven into a lifelong purpose.
